Orders leave our studio within [2] business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order ships.
Pick up at our booth
Choose "Pick up at our booth" at checkout and select the convention. Bring your order number and a photo ID. If you cannot make it, contact us before the event ends and we will hold the order for the next event or ship it for the regular shipping price.
Exchanges and returns
Wrong size? You can exchange unworn apparel within [30] days of delivery. Contact us with your order number to start an exchange.
Handmade items, con exclusives and figures that were opened are final sale unless they arrive damaged. If something arrives damaged, email us photos within 7 days and we will make it right.
Payments
Orders are confirmed when we receive your payment. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after [48] hours and the items return to stock.
